Ordering process

We are very glad that you have chosen our shop for your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us. You can reach us Monday to Friday, between 9:30 and 12:30 and between 14:00 and 18:00, and on Saturdays from 9:30 to 14:00, at +49 82 47/9 03 73 or around by the clock 24/7 by mail: office@betten-ullmann.de

 

1. The selection:

Click on the appropriate product and choose among the available versions. Now enter the quantity – by clicking the button “add to cart” your order will be placed in the shopping cart. If you click on the “shopping cart” symbol you can change the quantity or delete the product altogether.

 

2. The order:

If you are in the shopping cart, you can process your order again and modify it. You will see the ordered items, the shipping costs and the total amount. If you now click on the “continue to checkout” button, you must enter your address data and select the method of payment. Here you can redeem existing online vouchers. An order is only possible from a value of 300, – Euro.

 

3. Payment methods:

If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the payment provider’s page to enter your details. After successful entry, you will be redirected back to our shop page and the order will be completed. If you choose the payment method “prepayment” as your option, we will send you an invoice with the corresponding account connection.

 

4. Closing the purchase:

After the button “buy now” is clicked on, the purchase is completed. You will receive an order confirmation with the current delivery time.

 

5. Delivery:

As soon as we hand over your package to our parcel service, you will receive a confirmation email
